                    To Walk in Beauty
To Share Joy, Love and Thoughtfulness.
To Strive Towards Virtue, Goodness and Order.
These concepts continue to surface midst this chaos called life.  I, McSherry Weber, was born in 1955 to a couple of art collectors who surrounded my young life with a variety of exciting human expression. Abstract oil paintings, water color, mosaics, Navajo rugs, pottery and Kachina dolls were in their collection.
For over a decade I was spending much of my time as a potter; making plates, mugs, bowls and wall art.  The glass art of Dale Chihuly inspired me to make large clay flowers to hang on the wall.  In turn the large flowers I made with clay inspired me to create a picture of a woman to wear one of these flowers behind her ear.
I am currently actively studying Textiles and Painting and enjoy the combination.

Goddess of Fortune
2 panels 24" x 36" mixed media
She spreads wealth upon us all.  She reminds us that what we say with our voice is who we are.  The blue chakra represents our voice to the world.  As I as painting the blue in her, I kept reflecting on hour our voice is a large part of how others perceive us.  Our voice is also how we hear who we are.  Our voice declares our intention to ourselves and the world.  Our voice shapes our lives
